Michael Phelps is the most decorated Olympian of all time. In His entire Olympic career he finished it and brings home incredible 28 medals (23 golds,three silvers and two bronzes)his record remain unbroken for years. He retired for second time holder of several world swimming records attributes his succes to most of all his determination,focus and work ethic.

His life story is an inspiration to athletes who can benefit from learning of his success and here are few tips of Michael Phelps:

-Get disciplined

'' I think that everything is possible as long as you put your mind to it and put the work and time into it. I think your mind really controls everything.''

-Build a support system

''Even in high school , I'd tell my mom I was sick of swimming and wanted to try to play golf. She was not too happy. She'd say , 'Think about this.' And I'd always end up getting back in the pool.''
