WHAT IS HAPPENING TO CHELSEA TRANSFERS THIS WINDOW
I don't understand what is going on with chelsea transfer window. First it was Lukaku, now Higuian. all the chelsea top target are working away from our hands. I hope before the market close, we should be able to secure good players, because Man U are not slowing down at all. This premiere league season will be tough.
