Training for beginners (Push ups)

Hi guys. Today we will start with the training for beginners.

If you are new and want to be strong here is something that will help you.

(1) When you start doing push ups, depending on your age and physical condition, you can start with easier variants:

Try to do 10 push-ups in the first series. Do as many as you can.

(2) If you are able to do more, than do 10 push-ups up to 4 series.

(3) If you are in good physical shape, do regular push ups.

(4) If beginner and regular variants are to easy for you, you can start doing harder variation – diamond push-ups. Do 5 diamonds in 3 series

(5) And the last is push-ups on bench, but if you dont have bench you can use chair.

That is traning for starting.In the next when you are upgrading your skills in this trening you can add Cardio trening and some pull ups. But we will talk later about that.
