you should know that Exercising is good for your health but also for feeling good in your head and all body . although the activity we practice , it is a moment when we do not think of anything else, where we remove all the tensions accumulated during the day and especially it is a great way to stress . For health, the benefits of a sporting activity are no longer to prove. Its benefits are very numerous :

  • Better pulmonary ventilation
  • Helps eliminate the risk of heart attacks or high blood pressure
