[AFC CUP] Bali United Offset Global Cebu

Bali United have not been able to win in the AFC Cup group phase. In the second match, Bali United offset host Global Cebu 1-1.

In the match held at the Rizal Memorial Stadium on Tuesday (27/2/2018) night local time, Cebu took the lead early in the first half with a goal by Curt Dizon.

In the second half, Bali United can only equalize the score through Ilija Spasojevic. Spasojevic also threw away his second scoring after failing to execute a penalty.

Only able to add one point, Bali United remained in a distended position as it lost on goal difference with Cebu.

On the third Matchday, Bali United will host the Vietnamese club, FLC Thanh Hoa, at Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, March 7th.

The game

Bali United immediately kicked off early minutes and got his first chance through Kevin Brands, but kicking Dutch midfielder was still hovering over the ruler.

In the 10th minute Irfan Bachdim had a chance to make a goal after getting the ball on the right side of the penalty box in Cebu. But, kick lobnya instead targeting the top of the goal.
