The fall of the hero .. Burnley trio shake Chelsea

LONDON (Reuters) - Chelsea beat champions Burnley 3-2 on Saturday at Stamford Bridge in the opening round of the Premier League.

The match saw the expulsion of players from Chelsea, due to violent interventions, where Gary Cahill was discharged in the 14th minute, and Cesc Fabregas in the 81st minute.

Burns scored two goals from Sam Fox in the 24th and 43th minutes and Stephen Ward, 39, while Alvaro Murata scored 69 minutes and David Luiz 88.

Marcus Alonso threatened to hit Burnley with a shot in the 49th minute before returning from a free-kick with a free kick, but Tom Highton, Burnley's goalkeeper, managed to keep them away.
