My friend said the mountain scenery is very beautiful, want to running up the mountain, the distance from the whole 47KM, because it is up mountain, all the way up the mountain, very challenging, we have two cars to Follow,, The water is placed in the car, running up the mountain not only to train endurance, and can enjoy the beauty along the way, if it is driving up the mountain, not necessarily to find these beautiful snow
昨天听朋友说山上的风景很漂亮，相约一起跑步上山，上山的距离全程47KM， 因为是山路，一路都是上山，很有挑战，跑不动的可以坐车，我们有2辆车在后面跟随，物资，水都放在车上，跑步上山不仅能训练自己的耐力，更能欣赏到沿途的美景，如果是开车上山，不一定发现这些美丽雪松.
The temperature of the mountain is very low, Lunch with friends,I'm hungry, everything is delicious
山上的气温很低，一顿大餐过后，消耗的能量又补回来了，算是白跑了
