Flyboarder [new card idea, my entry to Splinterlands Art Contest #53]
This is my entry to Splinterlands Art Contest #53 by @steemmonsters.
I have several ideas of new cards, and this time I'll present the first one. It's a Life splinter monster I named Flyboarder. If you're curious to know more, continue to read, there's a short description.
Description
Flyboarders defend the splinter flying on boards and shooting range attack to any enemy that tries to cross the border. Flyboaders are well skilled and fast flyers armed with fire guns. They easily avoid attack of any kind, but no enemy can avoid their high speed and strong ranged attack.
Characteristics:
My idea is the Flyboarder to be a Life splinter monster with strong manna, couse of strong ranged attack, high speed, flying and avoid abilities.
Splinter: Life;
Mana: 5;
Attack: 4 (lvl 1), Ranged;
Speed: 4 (lvl 1);
Health: 5 (lvl 1);
Abilities: Fly (lvl 1), Avoid (lvl 4).
That's my motion for the new card. Hope you like it. As the players could see, there's no monsters armed with fire guns, so maybe there should be some.
Drawing progress
First, I set the base lines.
Than I made a soft shade to set the light source.
After that, I set shadows to give shape to the character.
Than, I intesified outlines.
I set final shades and outlines to finish the drawing.
