I Finally Hit The Champion I League On Splinterlands

I got the Life splinter today and apart from trying to complete my quest today I felt it was a day I was to push it to the next level, which is the Champion one league. Completing my daily quest was not too much of a problem because I was using the PEAKRIDER summoner to add extra three armor protection and then using the FERAL SPIRIT and SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN sneak monsters I attack the enemy from the rare position.

I use the SILVERSHIELD PALADIN or LORD ARIANTHUS monsters as my tank as they both have magic reflect ability and in the case of the LORD ARIANTHUS, it has the thorn ability which means enemy attack monsters won't find it easy crushing pass them.

For the back side of line up I like using the CRYSTAL JAGUAR or CRYSTAL WEREWOLF monsters as they both have the thorn ability. This means that any my attack on me by a melee attack monsters from the enemy side gets some damage to the their health. In the case of the CRYSTAL WEREWOLF, it also reduces enemy magic attack by one unit and for the CRYSTAL JAGUAR, it has the retaliate ability when hit by a melee attack monsters.

After completing my daily quest I discovered I had over one hundred and fifty points to get to the Champion I league level so I decided to give it another try again today. I was just ten points short of it yesterday before falling way back down yesterday, but with the winning stride I got while completing my daily quest I felt I had the stuff to move up to the next level.

It started very A Ok I must say, but as soon I was just less than fifty points to the next level, they started coming in hard on me, when I win I get ten points but when I lose I drop thirty something points. Lol. It can be very frustration I tell you guys. At some point I had dropped more than two hundred and fifty points again and felt today wasn't just the day the day to progress so I stopped playing. I decided to give it another shot and this time concentrated on understanding what splinter would work well based on the rule set for the battles. I must say, been patient and relenting really pays off. I got up to 4699 and just needed one win with only one point separating me from achieving my goal. So, I hit the Ranked button and awaited my faith, the rule set was up and sure enough my line up of monsters clicked. I got a 20 point win to hit the Champion I League. Booo Yaaaa! Lol. I have reached this level so many times now that I have lost track of how many times I have hit it but it time it is special. It feels good.

Rewards day 236

I would say today was fair when it comes to the rewards I received at the flipping of the cards I got today. It wasn't great but it is sure better than what I got yesterday. Anyways, I got, one Epic card, two Rare cards, some Common cards some Legendary and Alchemy potions and then some tiny DECs to round up the rewards for the day. Let's see what tomorrow will bring.
