THE LAWS OF THE SPIRIT WORLD

While most people were out there celebrating the New Year's eve partying late nights, I celebrated it reading this very special book titled "The Laws Of The Spirit World" written by Khorshed Bhavnagri. It was suggested to me long ago by my friend @chaoticdreamer but I hadn't bothered reading it back then. 

Having finished reading the book, I would like to say that it was worth spending my 3 days on this and I'm really feeling enlightened. I have recently turned into a book worm and it is the best investment I've made on myself till date.

There is no religion in the Spirit World. We worship one god only. - Vispi and Ratoo (sons of Khorshed Bhavnagri)

Vispi and Ratoo had died in a car accident and they communicated with their parents via Spirit Communications. 

They told them that they were happy in the spirit world and there's no need to worry about them. Eventually they kept communicating and spoke about the laws that govern the spirit world so that it would help the people on Earth rise spiritually. 

I would like to share briefly what I learnt from this book:

Realms:

There are 7 realms in the spirit world numbered 1 to 7: 

Realm 1 being the darkest realm where all the people with bad karma exist. It is basically what we normally call hell on Earth. Although it is actually not called hell, it is similar. The bodies there are heavy and disfigured. 

Realm 2 being a dark but a little better compared to Realm 1. there is no light.

Realm 3 being still better and it increases this way. 

Realm 4 is more or less like earth. a human starts his life journey in realm 4 and it's his good deeds or bad deeds on earth that decide whether he'll be lifted to upper realms or he'll go to lower realms after he dies.

Realm 5 is the beginning of heaven. It is a beautiful place. Bodies here are lighter.

Realm 6 and 7 are higher realms. Noble people who have control over their minds and are peaceful are in realm 6 or 7. The bodies are feather light and are purified souls.

Who are we and why are we here?

We have come to Earth just to purify our souls and reach higher realms. 

We are not our body, our body is just a vehicle that we (soul) use to exist in physical world and it is completely our free will to do good deeds or bad deeds. 

There are three types of bodies that we have: Physical body, astral body and spirit. 

Astral bodies are normally what we believe are ghosts. They exist and those are negative souls that just want to do harm to people. As soon as we die, we become astral body and then we become spirit body.

Our real home is in the spirit world. We come here just to experience physical world and it is a test for our soul.

Mind

We have two types of mind: Physical mind and subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is the connection to the spirit world. It has all the memories of spirit world.

However in today's generation, most people have a dormant subconscious mind because we have failed to use it. The more we use it, the more active it gets. We usually use only our physical or logical minds. 

It's not good to be under the control of our physical mind. It's good to keep the subconscious mind as the leader of physical mind. Subconscious mind always follows the right path. 

Ever felt some feeling weird when you were doing something wrong?

It is your subconscious mind telling you that you're in the wrong path. If we keep continuing doing bad deeds, the subconscious mind gives up on us and sleeps off. That's when evil people like terrorists, rapists, or sadists are born. Their subconsciuos mind has become dormant because of all the small bad deeds. Now their physical mind is leading them to bigger bad deeds and they're not even realizing it because they don't have an awake subconscious mind.

Those people who do these bad deeds are sent to realms 1, 2 and 3 by their own subconscious mind. It is not god who sends them there but their own subconscious mind. Then when they can't tolerate the pain they feel in realms 1,2 and 3, they choose to be born on earth to wash away their sins. But this time they're born as beasts of burden. 

You sow what you reap.

Most people including me refuse to believe that there's life after death. But after reading these books, I'm slowly realizing what this is all about. I just analyzed everything that has happened to me in the past and now it all has began to make sense. It's all a test of god to see what path you choose on Earth. 

Our subconscious mind works perfectly in realm 5 and above but in realm 4, it's upto us what path we choose. If we listen to our subconscious mind, it strengthens. 

If we do good deeds while we're on earth, our subconscious mind take us to higher realms where there is only happiness and light. If we choose to shut our subconscious mind and become a slave to physical mind, we go to lower realms to suffer. 

The suffering in those realms is worse than suffering on Earth.

We visit our close ones in the spirit world when we're asleep.

Whiel we're in a deep sleep, our astral body comes out of our physical body to visit the close ones in spirit world. You must've heard about astral projection. When we visit them, they give us guidance and healing. 

Ever wondered how some scientists get ideas in deep sleep? They are being guided.

Again, if our subconscious mind is dormant, this doesn't happen. Our physical mind will reject that guidance that we receive.

Lower realms are filled.

Most people on Earth today commit sins. Earthly crimes and spirit world crimes are different. In earth you commit a crime if you break the law or do over speeding. However these are not sins. But being rude to someone, demotivating, bullying, emotionally torturing all these are sins although they're nto considered as crimes in physical world.

Therefore, most of the people unknowingly keep committing sins. They don't know what is right and what is wrong because their subconscious is blocked. That's the sole reason why everyone goes to lower realms and upper realms are less crowded. That's why this book on the laws was written by the two souls who went to realm 6- to help us people on earth to reach higher realms faster.

I myself have felt many times my subconscious speaking to me but I never realized because I didn't know. Now I know what those feelings were when I lied or did something wrong. It was my subconscious telling me that I'm going in the wrong path. Fortunately, I haven't sinned enough for my subconscious to become dormant. However I've found my path because of these books that I've been reading lately. 

Why do some people die young?

You must've experienced some people die at a very young age. You might feel bad for them but it happens for a good reason. 

They are born on Earth to do good deeds and wash off their past life sins. Some good souls take birth on Earth but the negativity in their life is so strong that they are not able to complete their mission off doing good and are pulled into that negativity. That's when their subconscious mind requests god to take them back so that they don't fall to lower realms by doing bad on Earth.

Purpose of Birth.

The purpose of our birth is to do three things: 

• to protect our loved ones from our past lives
• to finish the karma left from our previous lives
• to complete our spiritual mission

Every one on this planet has a spiritual mission to complete. As we grow older and our subconscious mind gets dormant, we forget our spiritual mission. Therefore, we should do what we love, what our passion is. That's what we are meant for.

Suicide is a sin.

W are born on this Earth to complete our spiritual mission. God wants us to live and clear our karma so he's given us life on earth. If w kill ourselves, it'll be like going against him and also the gift that's he's granted us. 

It takes us lower by a realm.

What do I do to rise higher? 

Do good deeds. 

What are good deeds? 

Things that are done selflessly without any expectations of anything in return. Helping an old lady cross the road is a selfless deed. You help her to help her and not so that you benefit anything from it.

Helping anyone selflessly becomes a good deed as long as you don't feel proud about helping someone and go around telling it.

Revenge is bad, so is ego. Never think about revenge if somebody has harmed you in any way. Just forgive and forget. Everyone pays for their sins. You don't have to put your energy into it. Besides, if you're being hurt by someone, you're just paying for your past sins. So just take it positively and leave it there.

Prayers.

Prayers are not meant for showing off to others that you're a religious man. You also don't have to go to temples or churches to pray. You can pray wherever you are. Short and sincere prayers always work rather than doing long meaningless prayers. Just have faith. That's all that matters.

Praying for the upliftment of others is the ultimate prayer. It would be the best thing to do to pray for the spiritual upliftment of others than praying for own material needs. 

Things that create negative karma:

• Hurting yourself or others in any way. Be it not eating properly, overdrinking, overeating etc. 
• Running from your problems and avoiding responsibility
• Encouraging wrong behaviours
• Committing suicide
• Not completing our spiritual mission

So what do I do?

• Face your fears
• Don't compare yourself to others, it always leads to jealousy.
• Control your anger and diminish it
• Make peace with everyone
• Listen to your subconscious mind if it s not yet become dormant and strengthen it by listening to it everytime.
• If it's already dormant, pray god to guide you. Even if it's 1% active, it'll start guiding you and take you on the right path. 
• Be humble. 
• Be selfless
• Give more than you take
• Always think positive, never entertain negative thoughts
• Create your reality by imagining that you already have whatever you need. Abundance mentality. 
• Help the needy 
• Spread love wherever you go
• And the list goes on...

There are a lot of things I've learnt from this book and its helped me look at things from a different perspective. I've tried to cover most of the things here but still nobody's perfect. I must've missed out on a few things as well.
