Putting Spirit First In Your Reality

It's the one true story!

Many people get caught up in all these different religions and all these stories that tell us the that answers are outside of ourselves. But when we actually take the time to observe WHO WE ARE, we realize that connection with the source has been within us all along. And I'm not knocking religion or saying that good things don't come out of having those experiences, but when you take a step outside of them and go inward then you can see the truth.

And the truth is that we all have our own connection with the Spirit which existed before this experience. And we can also observe that we have a mind and a body while we’re here so we have to connect with each aspect of ourselves to get the full experience!

Many new age teachings claim to be in tune spiritually, but yet they will tell you mind body and then spirit. 🤔 There's a reason the word Spirit is in spirituality! We have to put Spirit first.

And what exactly does that mean?

Spirit is the part of yourself that existed before this physical and mental experience. And it's one thing to understand this truth but to actually live life from this perspective and experience this first hand, is what true Spirituality is about! Many people in the so-called spiritual community put on acts. Acting like they’re spiritual but yet they put the desires of the mind or desires of the body first. But Spirit must be number 1 in your life if you truly want to be and know who you are. ☝️💯

Putting Spirit first cleanses you from all attachments you may be holding onto physically or mentally. Some are addicted to sex, money, or having nice things. And I’m not saying that these things are bad or that you shouldn't experience any of this, but is any of it actually you?

Sometimes we have to question where our energy is flowing and put our true self first, so we can strive for something outside the illusions and instead, strive for something that’s on the inside.

True happiness happens from within! So find your happiness in the present moment by putting your Spirit first and see how it starts to expand your love not only for yourself but for others in your environment 💓
