I always thought "The Case of Charles Dexter Ward" was his longest piece. It is the only one I've ever owned that was the only story in the publication.
I am a big Lovecraft fan. After reading him so much contemporary material people thought was scary I just shrugged off and said "Meh" to.
The Case of Charles Dexter Ward - Wikipedia says 51,500 words. (Amazon has it listed as 128 pages in length.)
At The Mountains of Madness - 86 pages (Amazon book I looked at so may vary depending upon print size)
