In religion you believe something. In spirituality you know (through your living experience).
There is no room for believe or faith in true spirituality. You always want to find out for yourself. ...and yes, hearing such things for the first time, may be scary and nothing of this may make sense or sound as something to believe in, while in fact, it is exactly the opposite. Letting every knowledge go and make the quantum jump into wisdom. ❤️
