Introductions

I would like to take a second to thank anyone who stumbled across my page, and welcome you to my little corner of my mind that I can actually articulate. Let me start out saying first and foremost, I am not more intelligent than anyone else here, or anywhere else for that matter. I've just decided to take some of my time away from centralized social medias, and thus, here I am. My whole life I have suffered from almost crippling empathy, almost to the point of not being able to function around other people. I didn't learn how to shield from other people until I was about age 23, and even now sometimes it is still hard for me because I have such a nurturing nature and want to spread help and love wherever I can.

I was born with a name that is no longer constructive to the person I have become. My name is Astra, and I am a 25 year old woman just trying to live as beautifully and as carefully as I can. I connect with most animals and crystals far better than I do most humans, but I am learning. Remembering to stay centered, humble, and grateful is a dedicated task in a world like this. My words may not be as articulate or flowy as some others, and for years I tried to change that, but today I'm just honestly accepting where I am in life, and how I can be a more kind person, because I feel like at the end of the day you can have all the answers and all the knowledge but if you aren't spreading kindness and unconditional love in your life, then you are wasting the beautiful life Gaia has offered us.
