The worst of spiritual narcissism is people who post pseudo-spiritual quotes on Facebook! It makes my skin creep :( I try to avoid them now :)
My biggest thing is that darn stupid Marilyn Monroe quote: "If you cant handle me at my worst you don't deserve me at my best.' Ugh, just do better already so no one has to handle you period!
It's worse than dog vomit :(
