I am working on healing myself in many ways, but I often let work get in the way of physical, emotional, and mental health.

It's tough when we have work to do to pay the bills and make things happen in the world. Pretty easy to let our health slide a bit, I find myself spending a lot of time making up for being on a computer so much and not moving around.
