There are a lot of different ways to mediate. There are a lot of people wanting to start their meditation practice but just don't know how to do it the right way.
There is no one right way. There is no one way to do meditation. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise. You have to practice a method that's easy. The less complicated, the better.
There is one common theme in all meditation practice though and that is deep intentional breathing at the beginning of it. Breathing actually helps us to get into the state of focus.
I want to share with you today one of the simplest meditation practice that you can do right away. As in right now. I do different types of meditation but this one I think is the one that I am about to share to you is one of the easiest. It's a meditation practice by a monk called Dandipani.
