Yes, all eyes can see him in the "cloud", the internet. That s what Rabbi Kaduri predicted in his last Yom Kippur message. And nowhere it is written all will see him at the same time... but he is to see for everybody in the cloud.
Rabbi Kaduri also said that the Messiah will communicate via the internet, so he does.... dont believe me but just start your own research, all evidences and facts are to find <3
