How to Change Your World

in #spirituality6 years ago

This isn't what you think it's about.

It's not about making changes in your life, changing clothes, habits, haircuts, living situations, none of that. This is about changing our indidivudal vibration, which in turn changes the material world around us.

I like to think of it like this: we are all vibrating, and everything around us is vibrating too. This vibration can change based on a number of things - food, light, sound, substances, people, etc. - and each change affects the way we observe the world, our perception. Like how you might feel different after eating a huge meal, maybe tired or lethargic, or how you might see the world in a different way after ingesting psychaedlics.

Our individual vibration affects the rest of the world in a way similar to an object vibrating in a field, like the video below:

Instead of a plate vibrating, it's us, and we can affect anything in our observation, not just through physical touch, through the vibration of our being.

It appears to me that these enlightened people have an effect of presence on people. That's why they always hold retreats and why they claim it is different to be there with them than to just watch a replay. They are directly transmitting the vibration of truth. They see the truth in everything you come in contact with. This simple witnessing raises, or at least opens the door to raising, the vibration of everything and everyone they come in contact with.

What enlightenment requires, to love everything and everyone, is to grant them the same freedom to be that you claim. That means no more placing demands on people, no more judging people, and no more believing things without actually knowing. But these demands we make are very subtle, we demand and judge without noticing. We do it because of our history.

Like significant others or family for example: we often place demands, or conditional love, onto them. We have conditions that we need met, expectations that we have built up from society and from our history with the individuals. Like expecting them to support us, expecting them to do things for us, expecting them to show affection, expecting them to communicate, expecting them to be attracted to us, or whatever the expectation is.

We project these expectations onto our images for the other people, onto our thoughts about them. Like: "Oh, that's my mom, she'll help me no matter what, in whatever venture, she will always support me, she will always sacrifice her time for me." While that may be the case because your mom loves you and wants to help you in every way, our expectation of it takes us out of our natural being. It's like we are trying to force something, telling or asking instead of just being and attracting.

If we are truly being ourselves, the people and things around us will start being true to themselves as well, start acting and moving through the world in ways that are optimal for their progress and growth. So while you might expect your mom to help you out, maybe she's got her own thing going on, maybe she wants to choose something else and your demands on her also attempt to make her feel guilty for not helping you.

I'm getting a bit long winded here, but what I'm basically trying to say is that the best and most effective way to see the changes in ourselves and changes in people around us that we want to see, is by being in truth, by rediscovering our natural vibration instead of distorting it with thought and belief.

By owning ourselves and nothing else. We don't get to control others, so why are we projecting our wants and desires onto people, things, and events?

By feeling for what is right instead of thinking it. When we start feeling we can align to the Truth, we can see where we are off, our poor posture, our negative thoughts, our guilt from the past. The being that we are and can never not be will guide us if we let it. The only thing necessary to notice it is to stop thinking over top of it.

Our vibration, our being, is magnetic, it pulls from life what we send out in vibration. If you are going to think, think positively, think success, think health, think love, think beauty, and think it about everything you come in contact with. Speak those things too, words have great power and the conscious use of words can make a world of difference.

If you want to get past thought and start into feeling and experiencing Truth, then it means letting go of what we think Truth is, what we think it feels like, what we've read about it. We actually have to let go and let Truth show us the way instead of telling. So many of us, myself included, are caught up in thinking we know how things work, thinking we know what's best and what we need. Like if I could just drop those ten pounds and get in shape I'd be happy, if I could just make 20k a year more I'd be happy, if I just bought a new car I'd be happy. But we don't know what would actually help us the most and help others around us the most.

Let go of you desire to change things and let life show you what is right and true. Listen, pay attention, feel. Once we find our own natural, Truthful vibration, the whole world will benefit when it comes into contact with us.

Hopefully I made some sense with this article. Lately, some of the concepts I've picked up from a variety of sources are starting to fit together into a better understanding of what it means to simply Be. This article was inspired by my recent readings of The Book of Truth, which I find to be one of the best spiritual books available. Other inspiration for this post came from:

  • Neville Goddard
  • Reality Transurfing
  • Non-dual teachings
  • Experience using psychadelics

If you have any questions or anything to add I'd love to hear from you in the comments.

That means no more placing demands on people, no more judging people,...

A better way to state this is to replace the word "people" with "ourselves".

It is only by removing the ability to do this to ourselves do we give up the ability to do it to others.

...and no more believing things without actually knowing.

This is a often discussed characteristic of the new era we are entering. The fact that people were subject to superstition and lived according to belief is being replaced. Intuitive knowing through connection (and advancement in technology/science which is proving the ancient texts correct) is going to be a hallmark of humanity.

There are so many layers to all this yet there is still only one....all is within...as above so below...the kingdom of heaven is within....there are a multitude of ways to say the same thing...they all mean the same.

It isnt others we need to worry about, it is ourselves.

It is only by removing the ability to do this to ourselves do we give up the ability to do it to others.

Ahh, interesting, so you're saying that by doing this with ourselves we automatically drop our demands on other people?

It isnt others we need to worry about, it is ourselves

Exactly right, the only problem is that when people hear that they think, how can I make changes in my life(on the outside) instead of what beliefs am I holding, or how am I fooling myself, how am I seeing the world unclearly.

I feel like we all have had some conditioning built up through the last twenty or more years and getting rid of it so we can see clearly is not high on people's priority list because they don't even understand how that is happening or that it has happened.

Being aware enough to see that we believe things based on what we've been told, or to see how we are thinking and reacting and why is a fairly challenging thing to do when we've been operating in a place where we think we know whats going on.

The matrix is a carefully designed system of control. How would you suppose the few can control the many? Even with advanced armaments, that is not possible...UNLESS they control the minds. THis is exactly what is happening. They program the beliefs into us so that we can be manipulated by what is not real.

I was reading a post earlier today about how the matrix operates...it is really simple. The author used the term "God" and basically stated that the entire construct is based upon the belief that we are separate from God...that God is "out there"....this is the mantra of most religions.

As for the initial statement in your post, absolutely, that is exactly what I am saying. Everyone else is simply a mirror....we see ourselves in them. Whatever we notice is really just a reflection of myself. Hence, when you are placing unfair expectations upon another, you are simply modeling what is within you. Are there times you put unfair expectations upon yourself? Are there times you degrade yourself? Are there times when you allow anger to take control?

It is the paradox of the conditioning we received. Looking outside ourselves for the answers is what they want us to do...because we look to "them". It is when we go within that we find the power was there all along.

Really clearly stated, I agree, not much more to say. We change ourselves we change the world.

There have been many times where I wonder how I can change someone in my life, I'm like "If I tell them this and show them the 'facts' they will listen and change." That's worked about never.

But when I change who I am and my frame of mind, the people around me seem to change as well, looking back I can see it more clearly. I think my problem is trying to figure out how to make the change externally instead of simply changing my inner world.

Great comment @taskmaster4450
