Christ Training: Lesson #1

Which deed will receive more rewards in Heaven?: Saving a human from a car wreck. Or releasing a fly from your home?

Indeed you will receive rewards for both deeds. It is human nature to see a human life as valuable so one would definitely rush to save a human's life.

But lets take the insect's life... When one sees a cockroach, they quickly smash it. When one sees a fly in their home they quickly swat it, or poison it. Ants spend days of hard work creating a mound (pyramid) and a little boy quickly destroys it; without thought, guilt.

So how is this Christ training you ask? The simple fact that when seeing an insect, instead of squashing it you let it out of your home. You will feel good inside that you saved a life of one of God's creatures. That simple fact that you cared for even an insects life. This will upgrade your spirit, making you more Christ'Like. You will then become humble to the other creatures of God.

Nowadays an insect's life HAS become a bit more valuable than human life. This is because mankind's value of life is diminishing. Mankind's mind is so filled with media violence he/she has become immune to atrocity, violence and death. Taking her/him further away from Christ consciousness. But mankind CAN be reprogrammed. And it can start with saving the life of a simple fly.
