i chose inner silence this week.. boy we should be careful what we ask for! I did get it.. but in a quite unexpected way.. I got very ill this week for the last three days.. couldnt eat or do anything.. I just sat there or lay there with Steemit and laptop all closed!
It did feel quite nice to just sit and be.. despite feeling like shit..
it also got me out of a habit that i was in.. of perpetually looking at my computer.. so that is very nice actually!

Thank you @clara-andriessen! Your post gave me an insight and a sense of clarity. I look-up to people with a giving nature in meditation. I have had a physically tiring week between starting as an electricians apprentice and building our house. I need energy and focus this week. I'd like to get onto Steemit more frequently this week as well.
