Yourself means the best version of YOU that you can afford to become.
If you have tried your best to become talkative and you did not become one, stop and accept your shyness.
If you have tried your best to become humble and you've not been one, accept who you're then.

I wanna tell you that we need a humble priest not a humble soldier.
In different fields of this life we need different people with different characters to fulfill different roles. So if you try to be like everyone else, may be you're trying to occupy someone's role while you are not better than them.
