How MEDITATING Can HEAL&AWAKEN Us

Do You find a concept of MEDITATION dull and non interesting?
Yes, me too.
When I first heard about it - it just did not resonate with my super active, hectic, yet curious human mind.

I was not excited about meditating part when I started practicing yoga almost twenty year ago.
I struggled to let go of control and could not keep my eyes closed for longer than a few seconds.

But....
I wanted to know what it is about sitting down with yourself that could be so damn important.

I wanted to know if there is a different experience of my SELF as I know it - humanly neurotic.
I wanted to find that sweet spot, the stillness, the connection to Higher Will that spiritual teachers have been telling us for centuries.
I wanted the experience, not reading or hearing about it..... so I persisted.

Now, when my relationship with the Mystery, with Universe herself became my prime relationships in life, when sitting down to chat with Universe is a super exciting part of my day... I am ready to share what I have leaned.

  • What we call MEDITATION is nothing but a sacred act of connecting with the DIVINE/MYSTERY/UNIVERSE.

  • It makes us calmer, happier, and nicer to be around. Good bye stress!

  • Sitting down with what is SELF every morning for 15-20 mins is the most empowering, healing and harmonizing experience we can give to our SELF.

  • Meditating is like plugging into the VORTEX, into everything that IS.

  • It allows us more CLARITY on who we are & what we want out of life.

  • 15-20 minutes of meditating a day can be life-changing - it rewires our entire system and alters our personal vibration.

  • It shows us how to FOCUS, how to select our thoughts same way as we select our outfits.

  • Our brain waves change through an act of meditating, we change on a deeper level of who we are.

  • Awareness is a product of Meditating, I am sure of that!

  • Hanging out with the SELF (which is what meditation really is) on a regular basis builds our POWER to CREATE.

  • Meditating is a clear road to ALIGNMENT with our COSMIC NATURE, with the ETERNAL PART of who we are.

  • It gives us a special twinkle in the eyes and make us spiritually attractive to everything that lives!

  • What is called meditation is nothing else but the act of SELF-LOVE & SELF-ILLUMINATION.

  • Through meditating we become sensitive and alive, our inner GPS/intuition becomes the dominant voice, the only voice that makes sense.

  • Meditating shows us that there is more to this human existence that what we were allowed to see.

If we all start meditating, our collective consciousness will catapult to levels we did not dare to dream of.

How Do We Do It? I hear asking.
Let us do it together.
After You finish reading these last lines, sit back, make yourself comfortable, aim to keep your spine straight, shoulders down. Take a deep sweet breath and begin to focus on it as if your life depends on it ( it does!). Imagine this incredible waves of cosmos coming in and going out of you every moment, washing your energy field with what is LOVE, with what is LIGHT. Breathing in and breathing out, Breathing in and breathing out. Notice the pauses in between your breaths, those delicious little spaces are windows to your SOUL.
Breathing with a sense of wonder into your Self will shift the way you feel and make you a deeper minded, more soulful person who is connected to the Mystery, to God.
But, hey, don't take my or anyone's word for it.
Do it. Give yourself a chance to know your SELF.
Do it as often as you can and watch yourself transform.
