I love this and I am SO glad you came to this conclusion. I figured out pretty quickly that most beings don't 'grow' in times of light. We usually aren't learning lessons or evolving when everything in our life is going peachy. We are learning about ourselves when we face the darkness. It is either choosing to succumb to it or choosing to work through it. Most people cringe at the term "Shadow Work" because they have associated Spiritual with having our shit together and being perfect beings, which is so not the case/
