Don't take No for rejection. If someone declines your interest in a romantic relationship, instead of getting all passive aggresive on the Person and guilt tripping or trying to force things, or carrying a woe is me attitude, take it just as it is.

Not everyone can be in relationships with each other. If the other Person is not interested in you it does not make them a bad person neither does it make you a less person.

They just aren't interested. It's not a personal attack on your worth. Move on joyfully and try again without losing your courage.

Rejection is something we either accept or reject. Dont attach meaning to everything. You're never a reject. Your value stands always.

When you know who you are and know how complete you are, you never have to worry about those who leave you.

You can allow life to ebb and flow as it will knowing seasons come and go and with them people as well.when someones role in your life is done its okay, let them go without holding on out of desperation.

It's not personal. It's an ended season. This moment is what matters.

Know your worth is not based on anothers acceptance or rejection of you. Rejection doesnt even exist.

Who you are remains intact no matter who comes or goes. Know this. You never need to be needy, you're not a beggar, you're not a victim. You are the I AM. This remains.

Wow I've been rejected and at first I had problems but I turned back to my inner self and I managed to get over them and love myself more. People tend to look outside for love because they don't yet realize that they are love and that no one's love of you can be greater or truer than self love.
