Our mind replays what the heart can't delete. Our mind and our heart is basically different but the connection is same. Mind replay only those thoughts which comes to your heart. It’s okay to be a glowstick because sometimes we need to break before shine and life is a series of thousand of tiny miracles and the thing is to notice them. Always give thanks to God for giving such a wonderful life because we all are here to learn lessons and create a new experience.
