You Are Being Tested

As long as we resist the pain, or the truth, the heart healing and therefore the light which so much desires to enter it are blocked. And we stay stuck in things that aren't our true self, our highest good, sometimes only to avoid a few moments of "truth". 🌟

You are being tested. Are you playing into the fear and lower frequencies? Are you being pulled down? Or are you able to hold the light? hold love? hold the higher frequency? can you remain calm? can you see love based solutions? can you see how to shift and evolve for a better future? can you see the similarities in all of us instead of the differences? can you be a space of comfort and love?

This test is to see how stable your frequency is. None of us are perfect. When we're knocked off your centers ~ the task is to get grounded again and find our light based frequency and be able to support and emit for ourselves and others.

Avoid getting pulled into the fear spiral. You know when its happening, its like being intoxicated ~ it pulls you, you feel it in your body ~ catch it, before you get too pulled in...

You can still affect great change without getting pulled into fear, anxiety, worry, or any of the lower frequencies. Anything based on fear is still trapping us in the old paradigm. It's time to come from only Love. Keep checking yourself, the signs, in your field and in your physical body.
