Summit to Glory
Least understood is the origin of life and death, a beginning that declines to dust. As sure as a population replicates itself, the inverse lay waiting to break the sixth commandment by numerous actions without limits.
Thou cannot revive life, therefore, “thou shall not kill,” sixth Commandment. “He who strikes a man so that he dies shall surely be put to death,” Exodus 20:13. Let us trust Bible’s word.
Surely we are to be mindful death is mysterious from beginning to end and there’s only one good death on record and only one resurrection on earth.
The power to raise one from the dead is not ours but the power to bring forth a life has been granted to us. Let us realize the magnificence and glory of such a gift and make our attitude good and be above slaying. Head, hands, feet, in the right place for our body’s functions. It’s incredible!
From individual landscape at neighbor’s gate to over-seas abroad, oceans wide, the summit to destiny has not been defined for how it should be understood and respected for what it means. A hundred years plus and those who kill, understands not.
Remember the bible’s words and do not send anyone prematurely to that place of rest at mystery’s end. “Lay down your dagger and consult The Ten Commandments and honor the 6th,” at all times. Command thine heart for long life for self and others.
Do not be of shallowness and bad deeds, not thinking beyond death’s mystery, think what is written. “…All come from dust and to dust all return.” Ecclesiastes: 3:20 (NIV)
From birth to death, life and breath is a gift. Let us be grateful because we decide nothing beyond our end.
The genesis of life is incredible and to be respected. Recognize the marvel of ears, nose and throat in cohesion with head, hands, feet coming together, becoming a part of the great human anatomy signifies more than what has been found from research, even. Therefore, let us wrap ourselves in good sentiments, coil and bind them and make good our souls.
And in that day of lying down, “Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray my soul to keep,” (respect to old and new composers of this prayer), and our burdens lie, quiet and still while peace awaits.
We hope to lay our crosses down at our highest point of magnificence and pray nothing less than good define our fate as we wait to hear the trumpet sound and see the guiding light. By good penchants from above, our soul is forgiven and will reside in a new and more peaceful place, no crosses to bear, no more crying and no more sadness.
As surely as we know Genesis’ point, we surely began a fated permanency to our Summit to Glory. We only ask that the glory of that day not be marred by an unscheduled departure.
And, let not any departing verse sound morbid for it is said, when divinity is set, the homecoming is happy.
Therefore, make ready our mind and heart so when we go home it will be grand as promised in song.
“…Morning star lights the way
Restless dream all done
Shadows gone break of day
Real life begun…”
-Annie Haslam
At summit’s hill, like river’s edge there is no turning back. The genesis is at end and we shall hope our time is sure for our fated Summit to Glory.
