Connecting to ourselves
To connect to ourselves, we have to see through the veneer of everything around us.
Our spirit is the vehicle that takes us further.
Our bodies are just an instrument to make us feel more at home, to orientate us in the world of souls.
Sometimes people get lost in the unimportant parts of physical reality rather than the true rewards of healing ourselves, and healing each other.
The body responds to the mind, our conscience needs to be clear, and our bodies will follow.
