A spiral is #Concentric circles. In this illustration each second represents one concentric circle up, and rotated slightly. The Archimedean spiral can be described by the equation , r = a + b (angle) The mechanism of a scroll pump uses archimedean #Spirals. What are the geometric differences between the #Archimedes spiral, the #Fibonacci spiral and the #Logarithmic spiral?
