Like I mentioned yesterday, this is a terrific project. It is great to see the "get rich slowly" mindset brought to the ecosystem. Long-term wealth is generated by outstanding returns over time.
I posted earlier this week how Buffett generated so much money by topping 20% over 50 years. Compounding returns like this can get huge.
With a starting point of 20% annually on the lease, this is mirroring what he is doing without any appreciated in the price of STEEM. Since that is something I think most of us are counting upon, it only makes sense that the returns can far outpace what Warren did (although the 50 years might be difficult to top).
By the way, is there a way to contact on discord?
Thanks for the awesome comment man. To bad im 34, i think buffet started when he was 13-14. We'll prob only make millions and not billions :'(
