Why do I keep tarantulas?
Well, I love terrarium animals. I have had a snake for several years. I have always found spiders interesting in how they spin their nets and eat their food. I took the step and bought a avicularia diversipes. Then came a Theraphosa Stirmi (see picture). It is in a sense an addiction to own such animals. But I think they are the most impressive and exciting animals in the world.
I love her. They have not bitten me until now.
