I think Steemit is already giving us worthy tokens in the face of Steems. But if you're talking about additional tokens other than Steems then I definitely support your idea. This way a user will be more motivated to produce quality content and grow more on this platform.
Receiving additional tokens after each transaction will not only advertise Steemit but will also advertise the Exchange Company that is going to invest in for this cause.
