I've been asked about the recipe of the spelt bread in this post

Here it is

Ingridients

• 500g spelt flour
• 4 spoons oil of your choice - I would prolly use coconut oil
• 4 spoons sesame seeds
• 4 spoons flaxseeds
• 4 spoons pumpkin seeds
• 2 small spoons salt
• 1/2 liter warm water
• 2 spoons honey or other nectar/syrup of your choice
• 1 small spoon Thymian & Rosmarin
