@thekittygirl thank you so much for the kind words. People with PWS initially have failure to thrive but at a certain point that reverses and they have constant hunger even after eating. They have a slow metabolic rate, 2/3 that of a typical person and low muscle tone. There is a high mortality rate due to weight and food seeking behaviors.
