INGREDIENTES
2 Tazas de Arroz
4 Tazas de agua
8 Salchichas
2 Cebolla.
3 Ramas de Cebollín o Cebolleta.
4 Ajíes dulces.
1 manojo de Cilantro España.
1 Zanahoria
Sal al gusto.
200 Gramos de Repollo.
5 Cucharadas de Aceite.
Cortar las cebolla y los ajíes en cuadros mundos y sofreír junto con los ajos machacados.
Echar las 4 tazas de agua y cuando hierva agregar el arroz junto con la sal.
Luego incorporar las zanahorias las salchichas y el cilantro, bajar el fuego y pagar hasta que seque.
finalmente cuando este cocido el arroz agregar el repollo cortado en tiras finas. Tapar y dejar que el repollo al dente.
