• Is it true that we would be lying to ourselves? the answer is yes, since sometimes we contradict ourselves and most of all in the moments where we have to make decisions and once we take them we regret not having taken another option such as when we go to buy an ice cream, there are many flavors but we are interested in chocolate and strawberry but we only have money to buy one then we choose the chocolate but after eating the ice cream we regret not having chosen the strawberry, this happens daily in our lives when we want to take a decision but it gives us a feeling of remorse for not choosing the other option and this causes that there is no stable decision in our lives.

• The best solution for these cases is the determination to choose something that makes us feel satisfied and satisfied with the decision wisely made, how much we should think is that how we are going to make the decision and how it would be the result of it. we should take things lightly we always have to think before doing things. Normally this should not happen to us since we are beings with intelligence and that is why we must have conscience and determination when making decisions.
