Bagre Frito
Compañeros de Steemit, aquí les presento un plato dominguero, fácil de preparar y cocinar. Este pescado de río muy sabroso. Espero les apetezca y muy buen provecho.
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 Bagre Grande
- Sal
- Harina de Trigo Para Empanizar
- Aceite
- Limón
PREPARACIÓN:
Sazonar el pescado con la sal, se enharina y se fríe. Se puede acompañar con arroz, arepa y ensalada.
