En esta ocasión deseo compartir un poco de la comida colombiana..

Este platillo como lo son las "lentejas" es muy común que se incluya en la dieta de los hogares colombianos..

En los restaurantes se encontrará dentro del menú diario.

También les puedo decir que es muy saludable.

En mi dieta personal me gusta mucho consumirlo y claro yo mismo las cocino.

A la hora de prepararla vario un poco los ingredientes, me gusta añadir carne, verdura como la zanahoria, tomate, cebolla ajo, estos últimos les darán un mejor sabor...

También se acompaña con arroz, ensalada y platano frito...

Espero que disfruten las imágenes y se animen a prepararlo.
