Rica torta Venezolana o bizcocho.
Bienvenidos a mi bloc amigos, hoy les traigo una receta muy deliciosa y fácil de preparar y es mi torta favorita llamada bizcocho. Desde niña mi abuela me enseño a hacerla y hoy en día la sigo preparando es demasiado rico y a mi hijo le fascina, Está hecha a base de polvo de arroz, les va a quedar igual que cualquier torta a diferencia de que no necesita llevar harina de trigo.
Ingredientes:
- 2 tazas de arroz.
- 4 huevos.
- 1 Taza y media de azúcar.
- 1 Taza de leche.
- 4 Cucharas de mantequilla o media taza de aceite.
- 1 Cucharadita de sal.
- 1 Cucharada de polvo de hornear.
- 1 Molde redondo o cuadrado para la torta.
¡Empecemos!
Se va a utilizar el arroz crudo sin cocinarlo en una taza de vidrio grande, se hecha las 2 tazas de arroz y se le agrega suficiente agua 1 litro es suficiente lo remueve, y lo deja así por8 horas, luego que se cumplan las 8 horas se cuela el arroz dejándolo bien escurrido.
Prender el horno para ir calentando mientras hacemos la preparación a 180°.
En una licuadora colocar los huevos y la azúcar y licuar por 5 minutos después añadir la mantequilla o aceite y volver a licuar unos 5 minutos más para que se mezclen bien los ingredientes
Apagamos la licuadora y añadimos el arroz y se añade la taza de leche, licuar 5 minutos más
Por último añadir la sal, la vainilla y el polvo para hornear licuar de nuevo 5 minutos más.
“Ojo ir probando para que le de el gusto correspondido”.
Coloque la mezcla en un molde de su preferencia no se asuste si quedo aguado la preparación así es que queda la mezcla, llevar al horno por 45 minutos, no subir los 180° para que no se les queme la torta.
Pueden sacar del horno su torta y esperar a que el calor fuerte pase y se desmolda. Lo adecuado es colocarla en la nevera para que se enfríe y luego se procede a servir.

The benefit of Discord is that you can learn things and get to know people in the chat rooms without being limited by Resource Credits - this means you can talk as much as you want. 😁
Discord also allows you to send Direct Messages to people if you want to ask someone something. For that, however, you do need their Discord name. (Once you join a couple of servers on Discord, you can just click someone's name to send him or her a DM.
