😊MY TRIP TO COCHE ISLAND, VENEZUELA😮
Hi Everyone, this time I want to tell you about one of the best trips I've taken. I went to Coche Island, and I have to tell you, it is a gorgeous place, and my favorite one in Venezuela.
I stayed at a hotel calledCoche Paradise; I recommend it 100%. This hotel was really organized, the staff was friendly and helpful. In addition, the food was exquisite. The menu has a variety of food, from appetizers to entres. And let's not forget my favorite part, amazing desserts!
The restaurants were buffet style, and you could get as much food as you wanted. And one of the best parts is that it was all inclusive.
After spending 2 days at the hotel, back and forth from the pool to the beach, I decided to take a tour of the island to get know everything better. We took some jeeps to Playa El Amor (The Love Beach).
It was a fascinating experience. The beach was located towards the South side of the island. This place is well known for the beautiful cliffs and water, that gives you a sense of peace.
The story behind its name is pretty peculiar. It gets this name because it's considered, by tourists, to be the perfect place to rest; especially for couples. There are stories about this beach being an afrodisiac spot, since several kids were born 9 months after their parents visited Playa El Amor . The legend also tells that 80% of Coche Island's population was conceived there. Incredible, isn't it?
According to their residents, it rarely rains, so I can guarantee you wonderful days. And if you love pictures, they will look like from one of those places you see in movies!
The day after the tour, I went snorkeling, and it was a unique experience. There are boats leaving directly from the hotel, and after a 10min ride, you get to a place where you can stand up and see incredible different color fish, and beautiful corals. The excursion included under water pictures, and they also sell a CD with all of the pictures you want to take with your partner or your family.
I truly loved and enjoyed that trip. I hope you liked reading about my experience, and hopefully made you feel it would be worth visiting!
Have you been to Coche Island yet?!
Take care! 😊😘😘
