Hoy es un día extraordinario porque se inicia en el concurso Cervantes bajo el tema: Deportes
Déjame contarte que mi pasión es el deporte así que aquí viene mis 3 deportes favoritos que yo practico.
- aerobica.- es un deportes donde se trabaja la parte anaerobica y aerobica mejorando tu resitencia y fueza ademas que mejora tus capacidades motrices.
2.- Calistenia.- es un deporte donde se usa la barras donde puedes hacer que tu cuerpo realice algunas acrobacias, recomendarles hacer bajo una colchoneta para evitar futuras lesiones.

3.- Yoga: es un deportes donde me permite realajar el cuerpo y entrar en paz con mi cuerpo permitiéndome estirar el cuerpo.
sin lugar a dudas el deporte es vida, energía, motivación y salud perfecta sea cual fuera el deporte que realices practicalo como un habito diario.
