Cóctel White Lady o Dama Blanca🍸
El cóctel White Lady, es también conocido como cóctel Dama Blanca, está lleno de misterios y curiosidades. Se suele tomar antes de las comidas, siendo este un aperitivo, por su dulce y exquisito sabor.
La receta del cóctell White Lady es básicamente igual que la del cóctel Sidecar, solo que en este se sustituye la Ginebra por Brandy. También lleva algunos ingredientes adicionales como clara de huevo, azúcar o crema de menta blanca. Se sirve en copa de cóctel y puede ser escarchado con granadina y azúcar.
Lo ingredientes son:
- 3/4 oz de ginebra
- 1/2 oz de jugo de limón
- 1/4 oz de clara de huevo
- 1/4 oz de licor de naranja
Preparación:
Colocar a enfriar la cristalería, en este caso la copa Cóctel o de su preferencia, por otro lado agregar hielo a la coctelera y verter todos los ingredientes, agitar bien durante 10 segundos; luego retirar el hielo de la copa, si se desea se puede decorar con un escarchado de granadina y azúcar (personalmente, solo le coloco una pequeña cascara de limón amarillo) luego se cuela toda la mezcla que está en la coctelera en dicha copa y a disfrutar.
