Como hacer Pollo en Salsa Blanca 🥘
Normalmente no cocino con frecuencia, pero cuando lo hago, me gusta variar; en esta ocasión hice pollo en salsa blanca, muy fácil de preparar.
Solo utilicé:
- Aceite
- 1 cebolla
- 1/2 pimentón
- 1 tomate
- 1 Pechuga de pollo
- 1 taza de Leche
- Sal y pimienta (al gusto)
Para la preparación, coloqué la cacerola a calentar. agregue un poco de aceite, la cebolla y el pimentón y cuando estos se cristalizaron, agregué el pollo cortado en cubos, sal, pimienta, luego el tomate, dejar que se disuelva el tomate y dore un poco el pollo, por último vertimos la leche y dejamos espesar.
Listo para Servir.
