Today my kids were playing with a rubber spider:
-Oh! what´s that? That's disgusting!!
-HAHAHAHA. You got scared! Daddy, you got scared!
-Hey, come on! Don´t do that again!

Then, suddenly I have remembered a piano piece called "Tarantella" from the English composer the Reverend Frederick Scotson Clark (1840 –1883) who was also organist and founder of the London Organ School.

In the Italian province of Taranto, Apulia, the bite of a locally common type of wolf spider, named "tarantula" was popularly believed to be highly poisonous and to lead to a hysterical condition known as tarantism. This became known as the Tarantella. R. Lowe Thompson proposed that the dance is a survival from a "Dionysiac cult".

From the second 1, I must be very active, paying great attention to the eighth notes of the right hand.

"Vivace" means very quickly. That's the main tempo for this kind of pieces.
The structure is very simple. The composer proposes a four-measure phrase combining the Tonic (C) and the Subdominant (F).
A semi-cadence on the II (D) and the V grade (G) concludes the first section. Then, a complete repetition of the section concludes with a perfect-cadence on the Dominant (G) to return finally to the Tonica (C).
I imagine a tarantula is running my arm, and jumps to the other, and so on.
Oh! that´s disgusting man! , but it's a good way to perform this Tarantella!

Mirad la partitura y los rápidos movimientos de mi mano.
Desde el segundo 1, debo ser muy activo, prestando gran atención a las corcheas de la mano derecha.
"Vivace" significa muy rápido. Es el tempo principal para esta clase de piezas.
La estructura es muy sencilla. El compositor propone un frase de 4 compases combinando la Tónica (Do) con la Subdominante (Fa).
Una semicadencia sobre el II (Re) y el V grado (Sol) concluye la primera sección. Después, una repetición completa de la sección concluye con una cadencia perfecta sobre la Dominante (Sol) para regresar finalmente a la Tónica (Do) .
Me imagino que una tarántula está recorriendo mi brazo, saltando de uno a otro, y así sucesivamente.
¡Ah, es bastante asqueroso!, pero es una buena manera de interpretar esta Tarantella!
