En el aspecto mental de la salud tiene que ver con nuestra parte pensante o sicológica . Esta parte del ser humano muy importante ejercitarla leyendo libros estudiando desarrollando nuestra parte mental instruyendonos creciendo en culturalmente en fin en todo aquello que fortalezca el aspecto intelectual del ser para tener una completa salud .
