La vida es un camino, nuestra mente debe volver a ser una herramienta y dejarle a nuestro cuerpo y ser que se adueñen del presente.
Nuestro cuerpo debe ser el vehículo y nuestro ser quien lo conduce en la dirección y al ritmo que resuene con nosotros, sin ese pasajero en el asiento trasero que nos haga dudar, preocuparnos o mirar atrás con remordimiento.
Vivir en incertidumbre es el estado natural de la vida. Aceptémoslo y construyamos a partir de eso. Nada externo tiene la capacidad de hacernos sufrir, son nuestros pensamientos, que se niegan a aceptar las cosas como son, la causa del dolor.
Tenemos que apagar el piloto automático y estar presentes en cada paso que damos.
Life is a road, our mind must be a tool again and leave our body and being, take over the present.
Our body must be the vehicle and our being who drives it in the direction and rhythm that resonates with us, without that passenger in the back seat that makes us doubt, worry or look back with remorse.
Living in uncertainty is the natural state of life. Let's accept it and build on that. Nothing external has the capacity to make us suffer, it is our thoughts, which refuse to accept things as they are, the cause of pain.
We have to turn off the autopilot and be present at every step we take.
Proceso de la ilustración - Process
Además de paz, en la pintura encuentro un desafío constante. Anteriormente, he pintado un lago con bosque pero lo había hecho con pinturas acrílicas, mientras pintaba esto me di cuenta la dificultad que conlleva usar acuarelas para este tipo de paisaje.
Besides peace, in painting I find a constant challenge. Previously, I painted a lake with forest but I had done it with acrylics, while painting this I realized the difficulty of using watercolors for this type of landscape.
