LA RECETA/ BEBIDA: COLADA DE HARINA DE PLÁTANO
Hola amigos de Steemit hoy les enseñare una receta para que puedan realizar en casa una rica y deliciosa colada de Harina de Plátano, espero les guste mi post :)

INGREDIENTES
- 14 Naranjillas
- 3 litros de agua
- Ramas de canela
- Clavo y Pimienta de olor
- 1/2 libra de Harina de Plátano
- Azúcar al gusto

PREPARACIÓN
Lavar bien las naranjillas y licuarlas, luego cernirlas y en una olla llevarla al fuego con las especies olorosas. Dejar hervir, cernir y llevar nuevamente al fuego. Agreuege la harina disuelta en agua. Vaya moviendo hasta que la colada quede un poco espesa, dejar enfriar y llevar a la nevera.
PREPARATION
Wash the naranjilla well and liquefy them, then sieve them and in a pot take it to the fire with the odorous species. Let boil, cook and bring back to the fire. Add the flour dissolved in water. Keep moving until the laundry is a little thick, let it cool and take it to the fridge.
