Intercambio Bitcoin chino ViaBTC se convierte en la segunda plataforma en cerrar
Un extracto del anuncio dice:
El 4 de septiembre, el banco central de China junto con otros seis departamentos publicaron una declaración pública sobre las políticas de regulación y advirtieron los riesgos de los proyectos ICO. ViaBTC (www.viabtc.com) ha tomado una seria decisión para estar a tono con los espíritus de la política, ya que oficialmente cerraremos el sitio web www.viabtc.com para negociar en China continental el 30 de septiembre“.
De acuerdo con los arreglos de cierre, ViaBTC detendrá el “registro, depósitos de activos y todos los pares de operaciones” el 25 de septiembre.
Los servicios de minería de nube y minería de ViaBTC para el público no se verán afectados y seguirán operando hasta la fecha pautada, confirmó el intercambio.
ViaBTC dijo a los usuarios:
Por favor, asegúrese de retirar todos sus activos, incluyendo yuanes y criptoactivos antes del 30 de septiembre, después de lo cual el sitio web de ViaBTC (www.viabtc.com) será oficialmente cerrado en China continental“.
Según se ha informado, el director general de ViaBTC, Haipo Yang, especuló por primera vez la posibilidad de una prohibición general de todos los intercambios, en medio de rumores que dicen que las autoridades y los reguladores están extendiendo la prohibición de todas las ICOs a y a los intercambios de divisas digitales.
El martes, Yang declaró desafiante que ViaBTC no cerraría y sólo detendría los depósitos y las actividades comerciales si se le ordenaba hacerlo. Sin embargo, tres días después se contradice a sí mismo y cierra.
Ante estas decisiones, el precio de las criptomonedas sigue bajando.
