Colibrí -  Hummingbird

Quiero compartir con ustedes unas hermosas fotografías que he tomado en la casa de mis padres en la Villa Balnearia de Pehuen-Có.

I want to share with you some beautiful photographs that I have taken at my parents' house in the Villa Balnearia of Pehuen-Có.

La casa está situada sobre un médano sobre el cual hemos trabajado a sol y a sombra para lograr que el suelo se asiente y logre la estabilidad necesaria para poder montar sobre él una sencilla casa pre-fabricada.

The house is located on a methane on which we have worked in sun and shade to get the floor to settle and achieve the necessary stability to be able to mount on it a simple pre-manufactured house.

Fueron arduos los trabajos de forestación, pero con el paso del tiempo se logró el objetivo y hoy en día, el médano dejó de ser un médano y se transformó en un pequeño oasis familiar. La casa tiene una gran cantidad y variedad de árboles (en su mayoría frutales) y plantas.

En la familia en general somos grandes admiradores de la naturaleza y de la magia que ella nos regala, logrando interactuar con cierta normalidad con los animales del lugar, tratando de interferir lo menos posible en su comportamiento habitual.

Como ya han visto en otras publicaciones de mi autoría en “la casa de la colina” (nombre que le damos en la familia a la casa) hay un grupo de aguiluchos que mis padres alimentan a diario y que hoy en día son como una mascota más en la casa.

Esta vez les traigo dos lindas fotos de uno de uno de los Colibríes que a diario se llegan hasta los comederos que mi madre ha puesto en varios de los árboles que hay en el terreno.

Esta vez tuve la suerte de poder inmortalizar el instante donde uno de ellos se posa sobre uno de los comederos, casi suspendido en el aire y se alimenta con el néctar que mi madre les prepara a diario.

Quedé maravillado con la presencia de este pequeño ser. Sé que no soy el único que ha logrado fotografiar estas inquietas aves, pero la sensación de haber podido captar aunque sea un par de fotos medianamente nítidas me hizo sentir un privilegiado.

I was amazed by the presence of this little being. I know that I am not the only one who has managed to photograph these restless birds, but the sensation of having been able to capture even a couple of fairly sharp photos made me feel privileged.

Fue tal la alegría y excitación de poder hacer las tomas de esta pequeña y cautivante ave que decidí hacer un dibujo, el cual solo pude comenzar, ya que en el dibujo la mayoría de la intervención fue de mi esposa y mi madre. Lamentablemente no tengo talento para el arte.

The joy and excitement of being able to take the shots of this small and captivating bird was such that I decided to make a drawing, which I could only begin, since in the drawing most of the intervention was from my wife and my mother. Unfortunately I have no talent for art.
